SFAAZ is a voluntary association of shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, bonded warehouse operators, and in-house clearing importers and exporters.
This qualification is designed for individuals working in, or aspiring to enter, the freight forwarding industry. It equips learners with the technical knowledge, strategic understanding and professional responsibility required to manage the physical and documentary movement of goods from Origin to Destination using the most economical and efficient transport methods.
The programme prepares students for real-world freight forwarding operations across sea, air, rail and multimodal transport environments.
