SFAAZ is a voluntary association of shipping lines, freight forwarders, customers clearing agents, bonded warehouse, operators and in-house clearing importers and exporters.
The qualification is designed for those working or looking forward to exploring freight forwarding roles and seeks to equip participants in the development of strategic initiatives as well as personal responsibility and autonomy in performing complex technical operations or organising others. The business of Freight Forwarding is simply the movement of goods physically and documentarily from a place called ORIGIN to another place called DESTINATION, using the most economical means to transport under a unit contract in fulfillment of the business mandate. This program sets to equip students for a career in this specific field.
